Permission. You may download, install and use Hourlet free of charge, for personal or commercial purposes, on any number of Macs you own or control. You may share the unmodified download link.
Restrictions. You may not sell Hourlet, redistribute modified copies, or remove this notice.
Source code. Where the source code is made available, you may read it and build Hourlet from it for your own personal use on Macs you own or control. You may not distribute builds or copies of the source, or publish modified versions or derivative works. All other rights in the source code are reserved.
Acceptable use. Focus Guard is a tool for managing your own focus. Use it only on a Mac you use yourself, or with the informed consent of the person who uses it. Do not use Hourlet to monitor other people.
Your data. Hourlet stores your tasks, focus history and settings only on your Mac. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. The automatic backups and the Export feature are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to prevent every loss.
Third-party software. Hourlet includes open-source components, such as Sparkle, that are provided under their own licenses. Those licenses are included with Hourlet (Settings › General › About › Acknowledgements) and listed below, and they govern those components.
No warranty. Hourlet is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
